We are a boutique software and consulting company that has been developing products and services using lean methods since 2003. We have been fortunate to work with global multinationals and government agencies:

  • Medtronic
  • 3Com
  • Cisco
  • RailCorp
  • Imperial Tobacco
  • Department of Immigration
  • Treasury Corp
  • Energy Australia
  • Resimac
  • Lynx Financial Solutions
  • Sydney Melanoma Unit
  • Australian Plastic Surgeons Society
  • NSW Scouts
  • New Zealand Health Information Services
  • Wellington City Council
  • Wellington Newspapers
  • Shinawatra
  • The Bangkok Post
  • The United Nations (ESCAP)

… and a variety of smaller companies.

Our strength lies in our ability to help our clients save time, money and energy in acquiring customers, growth and sustainable competitive advantage. For instance, we saved a global FMCG client time and money by delivering in two months a mobile solution that would normally take 9-12 months. The software, launched in 40 IGA stores, helped switch customers from competitors and increased on-shelf product availability. At the other end of the spectrum, we invented a new way for a small service business to generate 110 new customers in one month. We now even teach these principles.
